Bellway homes is a home construction company in the south of England. It has been awarded a 5-star builder status in the national Home Builders Federation (HBF) awards
for six years running. RhinoDeck has previously featured on a number of Bellway's sites and recently had the pleasure of installing on their Chase development, a small project
of 3, 4, and 5-bedroom homes in Winchester.
Bellway were keen to explore a time-saving solution, and were recommended RhinoDeck by Vision Access & Safety Solutions Ltd. After completing the project, Mark Lowes, the site manager at Bellway Homes said “This is the first time I have used RhinoDeck but I have no reservations – I won’t be using anything else in the future.”
This site benefited from the free-standing design of the system. RhinoDeck does not require attachment to a wall or supporting structure. This allows site workers to install the system even before the mortar is fully set, with no risk of damage to the structure. As a result, it can save up to 2 days over the duration of construction.
Despite being freestanding, the site team, were amazed at how sturdy the system felt to walk on and just how quickly they got used to it being there. With the confidence of RhinoDeck underfoot they were able to work more quickly and accurately.
